DO NOT TRUST ENTITIES THAT SAY YOU CAN USE ANY UNRELATED PERSON LIKE A FRIEND TO COLLECT THE LEGAL DNA SAMPLES.

The process is easy!  You simply order it by providing the names of the participants, Date/time and Zip Code you need DNA collection, and pay.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.

Once the order is in our system, you will be emailed a receipt, the appointment will be set-up for you, and all the details concerning the appointment’s date/time/location are emailed to you.

Collection:  If using your doctor, enter their office address in the shipping section. Be sure you check with them first to make sure they agree to perform the collection. You may not choose just any witness for your legal DNA test unless they’re from a doctor’s office, or in some cases a lawyer’s office. (Doing otherwise violates Chain Of Custody & AABB Guidelines)

If you choose professional collection at one of our clinic locations, please provide 1-2 dates/times and the zip code area where you would like your appointment. Once your order is processed, your appointment will be scheduled within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation with all instructions and details.

Separate Collections: If test participants live too far apart to be collected together, simply choose the option for additional collection appointments or shipping addresses. Then, enter the second address in the field below.

Results: Results are mailed within one week after the test is complete. If you purchase email results, the result is emailed within 24 hours of testing completion.
