About The Home
Paternity Test:
DNA samples are collected by
simply swabbing the inside of the cheeks
with a special swab like a large Q-Tip. This is quick and painless. There is
also the blood sampling (“pin prick”) method (see next section). The Home Test
Kit is complete with illustrated with easy instructions, swab or blood
collection materials for each person, and a consent form to be filled out with
information about each family member providing a sample. The cheek swab test
takes about 20 minutes for 3 people, with an additional 25 minutes for the swabs
to dry. The blood test can be done in a few minutes.
(NOTE: Blood is the best option
for International Orders)
The Home Paternity Test Kit is often preferred because it is private, discrete,
and allows family members to resolve doubts without the need for legal action.
If there is a chance that you will want to use the results of the Home Paternity
Test Kit in court proceedings, then you should order
court-admissible Home Test Kit. You do
not have to visit a facility with our At home legal paternity test. If you
prefer, you
may also make an appointment at one of our testing facilities through out the
USA for a small additional charge.
If you have a special case, such as involving a deceased relative, we can also
use blood and other tissue samples. We can arrange for the DNA samples to be
delivered to us from the County Medical Examiner's Office in your area.

Important information
concerning the difference between Blood and Buccal sample collection methods
Buccal (Most Common) is the
painless "Cheek Swab" Test and Blood testing is the "Pin Prick" method. If
you're considering the blood option, it is quite important that you contact your
physician for the collection of blood samples for children under 8 years of age.
We offers this option because it is much faster and easier for you to collect.
The procedure involves a small lancet that is used to lightly pierce a finger
(most don’t even feel it). A small drop of blood is then transferred to a
collection card – that’s it. If the blood test is not for you please select
Buccal. This is the
best option for international orders because of the transatlantic delivery
delays.

exactly is a legal paternity test. A home non-legal paternity test is
the same as a home legal paternity test, except that all
persons tested are clearly identified before the legal paternity test. In order
for a paternity test
to be valid in a court of law, it must meet the criteria
as set forth by law, regarding
the identification of person(s) being tested. This is commonly referred to as "chain of custody".
Many Folks
order a
home test, but later find themselves needing to go to court as a result
of the findings. Usually they
have another test performed that meets the "chain Of Custody"
requirements of the courts and is therefore court admissible. Our

With

a facility to make your paternity test legal, but if you
prefer, we have legal DNA collection facilities

convenience of having the
information gathered and validated by a neutral third party.
This will ensure the validity of the legal paternity test and its acceptance by
the courts.
